Job Responsibilities General organization and administrative tasks Considerable participation in obtaining the FTO (Syllabi, etc.) Lead & coordination of the ground instructors Perform ground instruction Required Skills Significant experience in aviation and instruction (preferably background on business jets) Good leader and coordinator Highly proficient in didactic and teaching Efficient, flexible, goal- and team oriented Enthusiastic, creative and positive personality
