Business Analyst required for our client in Sussex, with strong emphasis on bids and proposals to work within the Aviation Industry with responsibility for supporting bidding and Business Development efforts in Europe, Middle East & Africa.

The role:

Business Analyst with responsibility for the European, Middle East & Africa pipeline of business opportunities and liaison between the Business Unit Directors and Sales & Marketing teams to highlight and identifying business prospects within the region.

• Tracking and analysing progress of the pipeline activities - ensuring strategic and revenue objectives are met.
• Providing regular status review reports to Business Unit Directors
• Working closely with Bid Proposal Manager - updating and managing pipeline activities
• Supporting the Bid Proposal Manager - creation and production of bid activities in the EMEA region
• Assisting in the provision of simple and complex solutions to RFI’s through to RFP’s.

Experience required:

• Experience of working in a commercial, deadline driven environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills - essential – assessment of business, financial and commercial viability
• Report writing - ability to produce reports, written documentation and proposals to a high standard;
• Experience of working within an ISO environment
• European and or Middle Eastern language both written and spoken would be beneficial.
