Salary £45k - £50k pro rata
HR Manager/Business Partner
Interim 3-6 months
HR Manager/Business partner required to assist the Senior HR Manager in a number of areas but particularly in negotiation and managing relationships with Unions and with TUPE transfers. The HR manager will help provide a Generalist HR service to the business, supporting the successful growth and operations in line with company policies and procedures. There is the opportunity to be autonomous, manage own diary and travel between offices.
- Provide first line HR support for employees
- Assist & advise managers in ER issues such as absence management and chase down
- Assist in TUPE transfer process – attend staff/client meetings, one-to-one consultations etc
- Liaise with Trade Unions on TUPE staff issues
- Monitor and record TUPE HR policies – annual leave, sickness, overtime etc
- Liaise with Occupational Health providers on case studies
Education:
Graduate caliber or equivalent
Preferably full or part CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
3-6 month Interim role with potential for full time permanent post
